If its hot outside or cold, I can customize it in endless combinations to suite my mood for any day part.” – Procurement Category Manager David Schans
“I did not drink coffee until I joined Farmer Brothers. I never understood what the interest was and why the coffee houses are always so full of customers. It wasn’t until I had my first brew and one of our kind coffee enthusiast team members taught me about the true meaning of coffee, the notes, how to savor the taste of great coffee and how to prepare it properly that it clicked. Coffee is artistic, it’s flavorful and truly has a unique way of bringing people together everywhere.” – Company Events Manager Tonya Ragsdale
  7. It’s an experience.
“The first time I actually tasted coffee, I was maybe eight years old and at the beach. I snuck a bite of my mom’s coffee ice cream, and that was it — I was hooked. From that moment, coffee became more than just a smell or a routine. It became an experience I loved.” – Talent Acquisition Partner Elizabeth Schillinger

Shared with my friends and family, it fosters a sense of connection and community. The warmth, comforting sensation of a cup of coffee can be especially soothing, making it a relaxing and enjoyable time.” – Lead Service Tech Vischal Tirlokhi
  10. It brings back cherished memories.
“One of my favorite childhood memories is having coffee with my grandparents. We would gather at the table for breakfast with our coffee and fresh baked bread or whatever pastry grandma had made at four in the morning. Even as a kid I knew how special those moments were.” – Payroll Analyst Christina Ansell
“Coffee is a core childhood memory for me, and as an adult, it brings a smile to my face. My grandma allowed me to dunk powdered sugar donuts into her cup of Farmer Brothers coffee, every morning before school. She poured it black and by the time I was done it was sweetened.” – Operations Support Specialist Jeanine Munro
“My love of coffee started more as a love of connection. When I was young, my older sister would come visit and we’d sit in the garage for hours, often until the early hours of the morning just talking and laughing and catching up. Mom always made sure the coffee pot never ran dry. It kept us up, which meant it kept us together. As a teen, I’d spend hours at the local diner with friends doing the same thing — forging connections over coffee that would come to last for the rest of my life.” – Coffee Performance Specialist Dowe Phillips
